I bought a pair of shoes, leather ones, but they kill my feet round the ankles, they fit but theyre stiff and chaff quite badly as a result, what's the best way of wearing them in? I tried wearing 6 pairs of socks and walking but my feet are sore from when I first wore them without thinking ( a day in the office in socks =D ).

The last pair of shoes that needed wearing in refused to give after 2 months with only red stripes on my socks to show for it, so I bought a pair of Timberlands that lasted 2 years

It does take time to break in your shoes, but the effort is worth it. I find I enjoy a good pair of shoes more than I could ever enjoy the thought of human companionship.

i do not know about shoes... like the native americans, me being a downtrodden, but stills sometimes-proud wig, i do not have the luxuries of shoes... along with a lot of other luxuries...

but i do know... wearing in a wig... takes months... for a normal sized head...

elliptical, egg-shaped teflon heads take a year to wear in...

So you think I should fry them for breakfast? That definately sounds worth the wait

This... thread has no... sole

Do you see what I did there... I said sole... instead of soul because this thread is about shoes...

I need to revive my profession. Smoke some courage into me and take on the world...
